How does delivery work?

Once your order has been paid for and confirmed, we begin packaging and preparing your order for dispatch. Depending on the item ordered the order will either be dispatched on the same day or the very next day for certain items their will be a leadtime. You will receive a confirmation email, with a tracking number, and you will be able to track your order throughout the process.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery for all orders totaling R1 000 or more.

We deliver all over South Africa 

Main cities

Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day and should arrive at your chosen location within three (3) working days. Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the next working day and arrive within three (3) working days from that day. (Depending on items ordered as some have a longer leadtime)

Regional areas (locations outside of major cities and metropolises)

Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day and should arrive at your chosen location within five (5) working days. Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the next working day and arrive within five (5) working days from that day. (Depending on items ordered as some have a longer leadtime)

What happens if you listed the wrong address or want to change the address?

If you placed your order before 14:00, contact us with the correct/new address, and we will change it for you. If the order was placed more than one day before your request to change, you will, unfortunately, be charged an additional delivery fee.

Will your parcel be safe?

Yes. Each product is packed within a suitably sized box. The parcel is then sealed with security tape. Our couriers take great care when handling parcels and ensure fragile parcels are kept away from heavy, bulky ones.

Returns

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item.

• You can cancel your order and return it to us within 7 days of the purchase date if it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale.
• You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery.
• Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled, and the goods are returned to us along with the original receipt.
• Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor or improper use.
• Goods found to be faulty can only be exchanged for the same product and cannot be refunded.
